That was the plan from the beginning,
I saw it many Times on BF2 and BF3, that player enjoyed staying on our server then a dlc came out and half of the player wanted to play that and half of it was not able to effort the money.
so it didnt matter what we did, stay on vanilla or swap to the new dlc, we lost half of them. we lost even more as we swapped back..
Vanilla -> DLC -> Vanilla ... in that case we lost over 70% of the players and the server was mostly empty, SO I better have now an empty second sever until the first dlc as to have later a single empty server :)
