Nice Fix Binksy and this is a good thread to bring back to life too.
I'm Christopher (IRL people call me Chris, so online people call me Topher)
I'm an aircraft engineer, I fix commercial planes. Although my SO calls me a "plane doctor".
Previously I've done everything from working in a Nissan factory to being a Light/sound technician for theatres.
On the side I also still do a fair bit of automotive mechanics and electronics.
Who are you and what do you do?
Here you can chat about anything or everything - keep it clean.

Re: Who are you and what do you do? - Fixed
It's been a little while since I've looked into the forums - might as well post here to reintroduce myself. <D
"Faxter" is a nickname I chose many years ago when I first had contact with this newish internet-thing. Since then it kinda stuck and partly became my name IRL too (some of my friends never even use my real name).
I study electrical engineering and information technology with a focus towards automation technology and applied computer science (stuff like algorithms, data structures and software engineering). Currently I'm looking for a topic for my Bachelor's degree (might be towards digital image processing and/or robotics).
When I'm not totally geeking out, I like to play the guitar and (obviously) video games.
