It will be the last one, we are slowly fading out :< or rather think! so many are losing interest :<. the funds are slowly going down! the time is not far down the line when we may have to lose servers and services :<

I have mentioned 100s of times so i am aware everyone knows what the situation is! IE no Money/Donations = No servers and or website our balance is decreasing it keeps having to top up what we don't make each month.. :<...

I say again if we do not hit our monthly goal we are at risk of losing servers we are that skint!  :roll: That said! If you can make a donation then please do, there is no need to go over our goal, that covers everything we have. But we do need to hit each and every month! else we could lose something each mth its not made :<..

I hadn't donated in a while, not because I didn't want to but mostly because I keep forgetting/putting it off. So I thought I'd make up for the past months.

Anyway, I should be thanking you for being our contant factor with all these changes in members / interest / games played. Keep up the good work

I think AMT's suggestion to debate is still valid. Does our financial situation and the amount of active members we have still warrant the amount of servers we're running? Are we ok, should we be looking to downsize/reduce costs, or should we be looking at investing our time and effort in different directions (like other games)?

Just made a £10 donation, that should finish off what's left and also provide a tiny headstart for next time.
Like I would do with HH, I might be making a £10 donation now and again, maybe once or twice a year. Maybe more if it's really needed.

Please note: I'm not doing this as bribery for a THG membership, I just like to help.

Nice one deepblue I am going to start this month off with the 1st donation!!

This is our run down of costs so you all are aware "its so small compared".

Server #1 = $19.71 = Each Month
Server #2 = £6.58 = Each Month
Website = £8.50 = Each Month
HL/GameMe Stats = €6.00 = Each Month
Mumble Server = £4.73 Every 3 Months

We also have to pay the domains each year! which I usually pay with my debit card  

I'm only showing you all so you are all are aware! It is small costs compared to other community's however we still need to make our goal each and every month.

Our current paypal balance gets eating if we don't make the goal each month "which currently stands at £215 ish  

I must say we are NO where near in trouble!! however I don't want us to ever be so I always make you all aware    :idea:

That being said getting rid of server 1 and moving to server 2, would save just over £10 each mth ..
