New map released in workshop! Plr_Hierarch

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen

New map released in workshop by DrLambda.

The name is Plr_Hierarch, and as you might have guessed, it is payload race.

My initial thought was that it looked way to small for a 28 person server, but after testing it, I have changed my mind.

The map is very simple and wide along the tracks. And with a huge skybox, it is most likely big enough.
In addition, it has a ton of spawn exits.

It looks fine and interesting, with a potential for many fun rounds!

I highly suggest we add it, and try it out tonight!

One for the new map night? (there was a thread somewhere recently with suggestions)

Should now be on #1, so can give it a go :)
